Recently, I changed my Facebook profile picture to the picture Tasha took of me. Since then, I have received 5 friend requests - none of them make sense. One person is a random add so I'm ignoring that one for now.

2 are girls I knew in jr. high and high school. I want to send each of them an email saying 'You stopped talking to me years ago, why do you suddenly want to be "friends" now?'

1 is a guy I went to high school with who dated a friend of mine and his brother dated my sister for a while. He went out of his way to NOT talk to me in high school but now wants to be friends on Facebook.

1 is a friend request from someone who is friends with the man who does my hair. My hairdresser is married, so is his friend. My hairdresser talked to me about this friend last time I was in there but I'm not sure why he all of a sudden has decided to friend me on Facebook.

Almost all of them have pictures of babies or small children with them or as their main profile picture. Do I look like a girl who has small children in her life? What could we possibly have in common at this point in our lives? Just because all our parents lived in the same city and we went to the same schools and grew up together does not mean that we have anything in common or have any reason to be "friends" at this point in our lives on Facebook. I kept the friends from high school that I wanted to keep and I moved on.
